Individual Therapy
More and more, people report like they don’t connect well with others, experiencing what has come to be known as the “Epidemic of Loneliness.” Some people feel stuck or lost in life, unsure of what direction to go in with work, love, or family. Other people might struggle with not feeling good enough for the world, and therefore undeserving of happiness or relationships. Individual Therapy provides a quiet and safe place where the focus is on you, and your needs. It is a safe place that allows for self-exploration and self-reflection, while seeking to resolve what is troubling you. We do not believe that there is a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Rather, therapy is tailored to your individual needs and desires.
